Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, or impersonate another person.
Website content
The site introduces Origin and our work. Product descriptions, images, availability and specifications may change. Website content is not a performance guarantee or instruction for operating machinery. Product sales, support and deployment are governed by separate written agreements, except for the reservation deposit described below.
Reservation deposits
You may reserve an Origin robot with a $500 deposit toward the $9,950 price. The deposit holds your place in the delivery queue; it is not payment in full and the reservation is not a guarantee of a delivery date. Reservations are available only for delivery to addresses in the United States. Estimated delivery is spring 2027 and may change. The deposit is fully refundable at any time before your robot ships, and we will refund it in full if you cancel, or if you decline a revised delivery estimate. Request a refund by emailing contact@hiroindustries.com. The remaining $9,450 is due only after we confirm your robot is ready to ship. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Intellectual property
Site text, designs, logos and imagery belong to HIRO Industries or their respective owners. You may view and share links to the site. Other use of our branding or content requires permission unless allowed by law. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Emailing us does not establish a purchase, partnership or confidentiality agreement. Please arrange confidentiality terms before sharing proprietary material. We are not responsible for the content or practices of independently operated websites linked here.
Availability and responsibility
